I don't really like supplements honestly. I use protein that's about it. I'm a nutrition major and most of the crap in the market isn't very good for you. If you need a pre workout drink coffee. As for how much I lift I guess that depends. I don't really know my maxes just what I do set wise. Benching is 275. Squats are 485. (Those are like my end sets of four if I do 10,8,6,4)
